- Purchases over $75 USD shipping in the domestic U.S. are eligible for free standard ground shipping.
- International shipping available for the United Kingdom and Canada
- Orders can require up to 14 business days to ship and deliver.
- Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
- All orders can be cancelled within 24-hours of purchase.
Returns & Refunds
At Loom & Table, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to providing excellent service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist—please review our policy below:
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 days of purchase
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided
- Items are in original condition—unused, unwashed, and free of stains or damage
- Napkins must remain unopened to be eligible for return
- The item is not marked as final sale
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- All custom orders are made to order and are final sale
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Wholesale orders
- Expedited or Express shipping are non-refundable
Returns or refunds are only accepted if the item is defective or if the size differs from the order by more than 2% or 1.5 inches.
