Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

1. Giveaway Sponsor

This giveaway is organized by Loom & Table.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is higher) in eligible countries where participation is legally permitted. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on Oct 28, 2026 and ends on Nov 2nd,2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway:

1. Visit the official Loom & Table Instagram giveaway post at @loomandtable.

2. Leave a comment answering the question: "What's your favorite part of hosting during the holidays?"

Limit one entry per person. Multiple comments will not increase the chances of winning.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $200 USD Loom & Table digital gift card, redeemable at www.loomandtable.com.

The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash and is subject to the applicable Loom & Table gift card terms and conditions.

Total approximate retail value (ARV): $200 USD.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or around Nov 3rd.

The winner will be contacted by direct message from the official Loom & Table Instagram account, @loomandtable.

The selected winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period or is found ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.

The prize will be delivered electronically to the winner's provided email address.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

If circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control prevent the giveaway from operating as planned, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable law.

Any applicable taxes associated with receiving or using the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected from the winner will be used to verify eligibility, communicate with the winner, and deliver the prize.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Loom & Table's Privacy Policy, available at www.loomandtable.com.

Entering the giveaway does not automatically subscribe participants to marketing emails.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

By entering this giveaway, each participant fully releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the promotion, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
